Beast Of Bladenboro

Between 1953 and 1954, the town of Bladenboro, North Carolina was terrorized by some unknow creature that killed nine dog and several other household pets. It became known as the Beast Of Bladenboro. Some of the animals were found torn apart while others discovered to had their blood sucked out. The beast was believed to also killed hogs, chickens and cows. Witnesses described the cryptid as a large, catlike creature whose howl sounded like a ghostly baby cry. A hunt was organized to capture the Beast Of Bladenboro, however the event only ended with several bobcats killed. In 2008, similar attacks occurred, yet the identity of this cryptid remains unknown.

Beware the Baba Yaga

In Eastern European foklore, the Baba Yaga is a witch or supernatural entity often describes as a hideous old woman. Legends mention she wears or dress, with bright glowing read eyes, claws and pointed teath. The Baba Yaga is said to libe in a hut deep in the woods surrounded by a fence made from the bones of her victims. Often children are told to listen to their parents or behave otherwise the Baba Yaga would come for them.

In the 1960s, Nina Kulagina from Russia, demonstrated her psychic powers of telekinesis in a number of testes conducted by Russian science community. Nina had several abilities, however much study focused on moving objects by the power of the mind or psychokinesis. Many tests were performed and documented in attempting to discover the source of her power which remains unknow to this day. Much of Nina’s life was devoted to research into her abilites as published tests and firsthand account state her being a genuine psychic. Skeptics will insist it was all a trick orchestrated by the Russian government.

Strange Deaths: Case Four

In the last several centuries, there has been cases where people are suddenly engulfed in flames with no apparent external source that caused the fire. This phenomena is called spontaneous human combustion. One of the most recent occurrences happend in 2010 involving a 76 year old man named Michael Faherty. He was discovered in his home in Ireland with his remains appearing burnt. During the investigation the cause of the fire could not be determine resulting in the corone listing the death by spontaneous combustion.

Strange Deaths: Case Three

Iin 1962, a physicist named Gilbert Bogle and a woman named Margaret Chandler, both with spouses, snuck out of a New Years party to have a sexual liaison. The following day, their bodies were discovered on a riverbank partially undressed. The mystery of the cases is the cause of death could not be identified. Their bodies showed no traces of poison, wounds, or any other signs how they died. Even today no one can figure out how the two meet their end or even a possible suspecy as their spouses had solid alibis.
