The Miracle of the Sun

On Sunday 13 October 1917, in the town of Fátima, Portugal, thousands of gathered beneath storm clouds in hopes of seeing an apparition of the Blessed Virgin. During that time.many describe to witness an opaque, spinning disk in the sky that blasted a dazzling ray of light down upon the on-lookers. The people that gathered there say they seen Mary with some claiming to been heal of sickness and injuries. This event was viewed by tens of thousands of people and later confirmed as a miracle by the Roman Catholic church. This would be know as the mircale of the Sun.

Strange Deaths: Case Four

In the last several centuries, there has been cases where people are suddenly engulfed in flames with no apparent external source that caused the fire. This phenomena is called spontaneous human combustion. One of the most recent occurrences happend in 2010 involving a 76 year old man named Michael Faherty. He was discovered in his home in Ireland with his remains appearing burnt. During the investigation the cause of the fire could not be determine resulting in the corone listing the death by spontaneous combustion.

Strange Deaths: Case Three

Iin 1962, a physicist named Gilbert Bogle and a woman named Margaret Chandler, both with spouses, snuck out of a New Years party to have a sexual liaison. The following day, their bodies were discovered on a riverbank partially undressed. The mystery of the cases is the cause of death could not be identified. Their bodies showed no traces of poison, wounds, or any other signs how they died. Even today no one can figure out how the two meet their end or even a possible suspecy as their spouses had solid alibis.

Strange Deaths: Case Two

In 1995, Terry Cottle committed suicide by shooting himself in the head. As he was an organ donor, his heart was given to a man named Sonny Graham. Some time later, Sonny wrote to Terry’s wife thanking her for her husband’s gif and a se ond chance to life. The two remained in contact, became close where they eventually fell in love and got married. However, the ending of this tale isn’t a happy as a few years later Sonny ended up committing suicide by shotting himself in the head.
